• Shared income model - all partners are paid equal share and work equal share, pay is not driven by compensation formulas or relative value units.
• Urologists are encouraged to focus on subspecialty or areas of interest as desired
• Primary metro area call ratio 1:20
• Vacation - up to seven weeks per year, plus all major holidays
• 401k and Partner Profit Sharing.
• Full partnership consideration after 12 months of employment with low buy-in.
